I have been told numerous times over the last couple of years to do yoga, 'it's great for your back'. The shots work but I don't want to have to go for that every 3 to 4 months forever. I have done everything from PT, acupuncture, epidural shots, RF ablation, inversion table etc.

L4 and L5 are herniated, pain down left leg and I have arthritis in thorasic region. I've had lower back pain for over 2 years.
